Where to start..

Over the course of... well my lifetime, I have and will have a lot of things that NEED to be said. Unfortunately due to certain social cues and maintaining the status quo, I do not always get the opportunity to say these things as frequently as I would like.  More importantly, though, these things I am going to share with you are important for YOU to hear. Whether we are like minded or not. If not, I hope to share with you my perspective in the least offensive way possible, so you can see why I, and others like me, feel a certain way about things. If we are alike and you find your views correlating with mine, then-success! This is exactly what I wanted. I want the people in the world to feel as strongly about matters as you and I and if we can join together the ones who do, and influence the ones who don't, then the world will certainly be a better place.
'What in the heck is she rambling on about?!' Well it's hard to sum up in one paragraph.. But basically I am focused on doing what is RIGHT as frequently as humanly possible. I am not talking religion. I do not see myself as some "crazy" activist. More or less, I have been told that I am someone who "has a lot of feels." I care about things- people, animals, etc. And I want the world to be a better place. Now I have quickly learned that that is easier said than done. That is why I am starting this blog. So that I do not become overwhelmed. I frequently find myself feeling backed into a corner because taking on the world is far too big a task for a single person to take on, so why bother? What's the point? That's exactly the kind of thinking I DON'T want. That is why I will focus on one topic per entry. I will do this for the readers, but also for myself. If I can see things laid out, ever so neatly, then maybe I can find my next step, my "how-to" and focus on taking things one step at a time. That has always been my problem. I get ahead of myself and see minimal results. It's time to start doing things differently. It's time to slow down, think things through, and actually begin to make a difference. And I need your help.
